Each mass is sized and positioned to provide the most amount of sunlight, not only to residents but to neighbors. Mixed Housing: By opening up green corridors and creating connections with neighboring parks, the housing complex becomes part of the city and reinforces the community between multiple housing developments. Deep balconies provide each unit with 'outdoor rooms' while shading the interiors. Each floor-plate varies to provide a variety of units throughout the building. Floor-plates have a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units. Each room has direct access to fresh air and sun light, as well as a private door to the balcony. | ||
